At Royal Fortune Corsos, our priority is the health, safety, and well-being of every Cane Corso puppy we place in a new home. Because we are dealing with living animals, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and the best possible outcome for both the puppy and the new owner.
Deposits & Payments
- All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable. Deposits secure your puppy and remove them from our available list.
- Final payments must be made in full before a puppy leaves our care.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds simply due to a change of mind, personal circumstances, or behavioral adjustment challenges. Puppies require training, patience, and commitment.
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Health Guarantee – If within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, a licensed veterinarian finds a serious, life-threatening genetic or health condition (not caused by injury, neglect, or environmental factors), we will either:
- Offer a replacement puppy of equal value (if available), OR
- Provide a partial or full refund, at our discretion.
- Availability of Replacement Puppy – If no replacement puppy is available, a refund option may be provided.
Returns & Rehoming
We understand that sometimes unforeseen life circumstances may arise. While refunds are not provided in these cases, we will always accept the return of any Royal Fortune Corso puppy, at any age, to ensure they do not end up in a shelter or unsuitable environment.
- Owners who return a puppy are not entitled to a refund, but we will work to responsibly rehome the dog.
- Transportation or return costs are the responsibility of the owner.

These dogs are loyal, intelligent, and protective companions who deserve stable, loving homes. Our policies are in place to protect the welfare of each puppy and to ensure they receive the best start in life.
